Oil paintings by Dodge on display

Sunflowers features Peterborough artist

Paintings by artist Dave Dodge are on exhibit at Sunflowers through July.

Dodge, who paints primarily outdoors, schools with traditional landscape painters who consider nature to be the greatest teacher.

He is active in the local art community working with Monadnock Community Hospital in its Arts in Healing effort. Dodge is a past president of Monadnock Art/Friends of the Dublin Art Colony, a member of N.H. Art Association, Left Bank Artists, Sharon Art Center, as well as the Sedona Arts Center.

Dodge and his wife Kathryn reside in Peterborough. They love painting/hiking in the beautiful Monadnock region, and enjoy trips to painting venues on the northeast and southwest coasts, the mountains of New Hampshire and Vermont, and Scotland.
