Homeschoolers subject of Peterborough library forum

The Peterborough Town Library is hosting a short, informal session focusing on homeschoolers and their needs on Wednesday at 10 a.m.

This discussion is part of the library’s effort to learn more about why the library draws some people and not others, and what the Library of the Future should be.

Homeschoolers in our area are important users of the library, tapping into its resources to build curriculum and inspire learning.

As the library plans for a much-needed renovation, trustees and staff want to hear the community’s ideas on how to keep its services and programs vital and vibrant in this digital age.

After the session, Trustee Marcia Patten will provide a brief behind-the-scenes tour of the library, and Children’s Librarian Lisa Bearce will talk about the library resources and current capabilities for those who are interested.

All are welcome and no RSVP is required.
