Monique Paquin of Peterborough earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Roger Williams University School of Law during commencement ceremonies held on May 17.

Paquin served as secretary of the Criminal Law Society as well as the 1L Representative. She worked as a legal intern for Law Offices of Jeremy W. Howe, Ltd., Newport, R.I. She was a student mediator with the RWU Law Mediation Clinic, where she mediated Family Court and District Court cases in Newport, Kent, and Washington counties. She also completed an internship with the Rhode Island Department of the Attorney General, Criminal Division, Providence, R.I.

Paquin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice and psychology from Roger Williams University, Bristol, R.I. She is the daughter of Jo-Ann and David Paquin of Peterborough.
