Pure Shot camp back this summer
The Pure Shot basketball camp is back for its fourteenth year and will have sessions at both Conant and ConVal High Schools.
Pure Shot basketball camp is directed by Jaffrey resident David Springfield,; his staff includes counselors Scott Baldwin (Conant boys all-time leading scorer), Brooke Springfield (Conant girls all-time leading scorer), Devin Springfield (2013 DIII player of the year), and Madison Springfield (2014 NEPSAC all-star). The first session will be for boys and girls entering grades 7-12 and will take place June 23-27 at Conant High School. Session two will be offered for boys and girls entering grades K-6 and will be held from June 30-July 3, also at Conant. Session three will switch venues, taking place at the ConVal from July 7-11 and will be open to boys and girls entering grades 6-12.
The remainder of the sessions will return to Conant. Boys and girls entering grades 7-12 will have two more chances; sessions take place July 14-18 and July 29-Aug. 2. The final session is for boys and girls entering grades K-6, running from Aug. 4-8.
The cost of attending is $90 per week with multiple week discounts for attending more than one session. Campers can also drop in for a single day for the cost of $25. Campers are asked to bring basketballs, sneakers, drinks and snacks. Individual lessons for boys and girls of all ages are available upon request.
