Springfield plays in All-Star game

Madison Springfield of Jaffrey has been a force on the court in her first season at Marianapolis Preparatory Academy. She has averaged 13 points per game, nine rebounds, two assists and three steals for the Knights. In six games this season, Springfield recorded a double-double; among those were two games in which she scored over 20 points. Whether it’s knocking down the three, hitting the pull-up jumper or getting all the way to the rim, Springfield’s offensive prowess has made this a newcomer a substantial threat to opponents throughout the league.

In last week’s NEPSAC All-star game, she had six points, six rebounds, four assists and two steals.
