∎ Senior Kaleigh Johnson scored the lone goal for the Conant field hockey team on Monday, as the Orioles won their second straight one-goal game, 1-0 over Pelham.

∎ Mascenic junior Tim Fafard picked up the win at Sant Bani on Tuesday, running the 2.72-mile course in 15:13. Sophomore Avery Traffie took second in 16:23, while Jackson Whitehouse (4th) and Jake Movsessian (6th) helped the Vikings earn the team win. For the girls, Victoria Bostwick and Briana Boulerice finished sixth and seventh.

∎ The Wilton-Lyndeborough girls volleyball team won its third match in a row on Monday, defeating Stevens, 3-0. The Warriors cruised to the straight set victory with wins of 25-6, 25-3 and 25-7.

∎ Senior Courtney Fisher (21:09) and junior Andrew Hunt (18:09) placed third overall in their respective races at Hollis/Brookline on Tuesday. Senior Rowan Wilson was eighth, as the ConVal girls cross-country team finished second out of five teams and junior Joseph Bernstein placed sixth for the boys, who took third.

∎ The ConVal boys soccer team took a 2-0 lead into halftime of Tuesday’s game with Souhegan behind goals from freshman Nile Hertzler and junior exchange student Matt Czerski, but it did not last. Souhegan scored four unanswered goals over the final 40 minutes to hand ConVal its second loss of the season.

∎ Sophomore Melanie Patria scored her first goal of the season and just the second for her team this year, as the Conant girls soccer team fell 4-1 to Pelham on Tuesday.

∎ ConVal senior Zoe Paige headed home a Maura Rapposelli free kick for the team’s only goal, but it was not enough as the Cougars lost to Souhegan, 2-1, on Tuesday.

∎ ConVal senior Ben Wescott’s team leading 41 at Nippo Lake Country Club on Tuesday was not enough to help the Cougars, as they fell to Coe-Brown and Oyster River.

∎ The Mascenic girls volleyball team snapped a two-game losing streak on Tuesday with a 3-0 win over Raymond, the Vikings’ second sweep of the season.
