Carole Allen's lifelong passion has been photography. In 1973, she traveled around Europe where she discovered a love for people photography. She has been working in freelance photography for publications, private functions, and fine art photography since 1975. She moved to New Hampshire in 1979. She graduated with honors from Keene State College in 1996 with a bachelor of arts in photography, film and theater arts. She joined the Monadnock Ledger in 1998. She lives in Dublin.
