Dave Solomon has been working in community journalism since his first job as a reporter for a weekly newspaper in Maine in the late 1970s. He has been the editor of weekly and daily newspapers in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts, serving as editor of the Portsmouth Herald in the 1990s and the Nashua Telegraph from 2001 to 2011.
