The Peterborough Town Library hosted its third annual โ€œNoon Yearโ€™s Eveโ€ countdown for families on Wednesday, Dec. 31, in the 1833 Room. Little ones, parents and grandparents enjoyed snacks, disco lights, dance music and cosmic bowling before counting down to noon for a New Yearโ€™s celebration. Organizer and childrenโ€™s librarian Aimee Larue said this yearโ€™s event had a great turnout.

โ€œWe took last year off because we had a Halloween party instead, but this year it looks like we are back and better than ever,โ€ LaRue said. โ€œThis is a really great turnout, and it grows a bit every year.โ€
