Nova Arts is partnering with Cooperative Action Monadnock on Thursday, Feb. 19, to host โWhat Can We Do About It Here?โ โ the first in a series of public discussions focused on the current political crisis and building community solidarity.
The opening session, titled โWhat can we do about a violent and unaccountable government?โ will feature three community panelists who will discuss aspects of todayโs political climate and lead an open public conversation.
The event runs from 5 to 7 p.m. and is free to attend.
Later in the week, Wolfman Jack returns to Nova Arts on Saturday, Feb. 21. The New England-based musicians perform music from the Grateful Deadโs โLive/Deadโ to โEurope โ72โ era, recreating sets inspired by venues including the Fillmore, Carousel Ballroom, Avalon Ballroom, Winterland Arena and the Strand Lyceum.
Doors open at 7 p.m., and music begins at 7:30 p.m.
Access For All tickets are available with support from Savings Bank of Walpole. Those purchasing more than one Access For All ticket must complete separate transactions. Shows are all ages, and seating is first come, first served.
