The Peterborough Town Library will host “Charcuterie Made Simple,” a program presented in partnership with the Peterborough Food Pantry, on Saturday, Feb. 21, from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. at the library. A snow date is scheduled for Saturday, March 7, at 1:30 p.m.
The program will feature tips on selecting cheeses, meats and accompaniments, as well as simple styling techniques for creating a charcuterie board. Participants will be invited to sample the food and socialize following the demonstration.
The class will be led by Wendy Graves, a board member of the Peterborough Food Pantry.
A suggested donation of $15 per person will be accepted, with all proceeds benefiting the Food Pantry. Cash and checks will be accepted at the library Help Desk.
Space is limited and registration is required. Registration closes Monday, Feb. 16, at 4 p.m. The library is located at 2 Concord St.
