Antrim’s Flanders to serve on state’s Adult Parole Board

Robert B. Flanders, nominated by Governor Maggie Hassan and confirmed unanimously by the Executive Council, has been selected to serve on the Adult Parole Board.

Flanders, a resident of Antrim, comes to the board with years of experience in law enforcement and government service. Flanders was elected to the New Hampshire State Senate in November of 2000 where he served three terms until 2006.

Flanders has been active in local politics and volunteer organizations for three decades, serving as town moderator for Antrim from 1971 through 2012 and serving on the Antrim Board of Selectmen, the Contoocook Valley Regional School Board, the Antrim Republican Club and the Hillsborough County Republican Committee.
