I hope everyone exercises their right to vote Nov. 8. So much is at stake: the rule of law, democracy, the right to abortion and family planning, fair elections, civil rights, health care, Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid, the future of environment and energy, NATO and U.S. foreign policy, Ukraine and so much more.
I was born into a Republican family and I worked one summer for Sen. Kenneth Keating, a Republican of New York. But that Republican Party has faded away. For Jaffrey, Rindge and Dublin voters, I urge you to vote for Jeff Dickler, John McCarthy, Dick Ames and Hannah Bissex for state representative, Tom Sherman for governor, Maggie Hassan for U.S. Senate, Annie Kuster for Congress, Shoshana Kelly, and CindeWarmington for Executive Council, Matt McLaughlin for state senator, Anna Tilton for register of deeds and Eli Rivera for sheriff.
