The ConVal Class of 2026 hosted a winter carnival on Saturday in the ConVal gym, with games, activities, prizes and photo opportunities for families.
The junior class is starting to raise money for its senior prom and senior class trip in spring 2026.
โWe decided to do this instead of having a dance because participation in dances had been falling off a little bit, and we wanted to do something that involved the entire community,โ said junior class Vice President Nora Eliopoulos.ย
Class President Bradyn Boyce said the Class of 2026 has been raising funds at school events throughout the year.
โWeโre at every sporting event with the cotton candy machine. Weโll be at Children in the Arts, anywhere we can do some fundraising,โย Boyce said.ย
Boyce and Eliopoulos said the class is starting to think about where they will hold their prom in 2026.
โWeโre thinking about Hidden Hills,โ Eliopoulos said. โAnd weโre trying to figure out where to go on our class trip, too.โ
Boyce said it was the classโ first time hosting the event.
โItโs been really steady all day and weโre really happy so many people came out,โ he said.
