Residents of the ConVal School District and families of students are being asked to complete an online survey to help the District hone its community outreach strategies.

Participants are asked about the kind of news and updates they most value from ConVal. The School District will use the information to identify strengths and weaknesses of its community outreach, according to a press release.

The survey asks what kind of information participants most want from the District, whether it be updates on the school budget, COVID-19, school and community events, school activities, or new hires. The survey also asks participatnts where they look for ConVal news, and how frequently they’d like to hear from the District.

“It’s essential that everyone served by the district, including students’ families and residents of our nine communities, feels connected and well-informed about our work,” Superintendent Kimberly Rizzo Saunders said. “I’m hopeful that all of our families and residents will take this opportunity to provide valuable feedback so that we can identify our strengths and areas where we could do better in communicating with all of our stakeholders.”

Families of a student in any ConVal school are asked to take one survey, and any resident of one of the nine towns comprising the School District are asked to take another. Both surveys are available at
