On Dec. 10, the Contoocook Valley Board of Realtors gathered at the Smoking Trout in Marlborough for their annual year-end celebration, including presenting the Special Directors Award to Ken Moller.

Moller received the award from founding CVBR member Marc Tieger, who praised his contributions, including serving as president of the board, a founding member of the Multiple Listing Service and his active involvement with the political action committee.

Larry Alvarez and Peg Walsh, the incoming president and vice president, welcomed and inducted new members Andrew Deveau, Jonathan Griffus, Jason Powers, Emily Sinclair, Nicholas Vennochi, and Lauren Valentine.

Josh Greenwald, president-elect of the New Hampshire Association of Realtors led the installation of the 2025 officers: Larry Alvarez as president, Peg Walsh as vice president, Melissa DiGeronimo as secretary, Karen Niemela as treasurer, Lisa Stone as past president and Dean Deschenes, Megan Manley, Ken Moller, Isaac Stone, and Marc Tieger as directors.

As part of their community efforts, CVBR members donated 96 boxes of cereal to the Jaffrey Food Pantry and raised $1,300 to provide holiday gifts for a family sponsored through Shelter From the Storm.

Walsh presented Laurel Hanson of Bar Harbor Bank with the Affiliate of the Year Award, recognizing her dedication to charitable causes and educational events.
