Trumpet schedules life-drawing classes

Trumpet Fine Arts Gallery, 8 Grove St. in Peterborough, will host life-drawing classes with Mona Adisa Brooks Fridays, Oct. 13, 20 and 27 and Nov. 3, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Students will learn the proportions of the human form using male and female models who will be fully clothed. Focus will be on contour drawing and progress to finished drawings. A portable easel, conte crayon, large pad of newsprint paper and a large drawing board to support newsprint pad are required. Classes will be one hour to 90 minutes long. Comfortable clothing is suggested. Spaces are limited to four students, and the cost is $50 per class, with a minimum commitment of two classes.
