A Greenville woman has pleaded not guilty to charges that allege she sexually abused a boy over a period of almost four years.

Kimberly Duthie, 38, of 6 Adams Hill Road waived arraignment and entered a plea of not guilty on Friday, according to a court official.

Duthie was indicted last month by a Hillsborough Superior Court grand jury on two counts of pattern of aggravated felonious sexual assault, one count of aggravated felonious sexual assault and one count of felonious sexual assault.

Duthie allegedly engaged in a pattern of sexual assault with a minor under the age of 13 from Oct. 1, 2013 to March 31, 2017. The alleged assaults began when the child was 5.

Indictments accuse Duthie of touching the child’s genitals in Greenville, with an indictment sheet for one of the charges also listing Greenfield as a location.

Duthie has also been accused of touching herself during at least one of the assaults, according to one of the indictments.

Personal recognizance bail of $25,000 has been set for Duthie. She is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 4 for a dispositional conference.

Each charge is a felony and carries a sentence of 10 to 30 years in prison and an up to a $4,000 fine.
