The No. 6 seeded Franklin Pierce University men’s soccer season came to an end Tuesday evening in a 3-0 loss to No. 3 Southern New Hampshire University in the Northeast-10 Conference quarterfinals.

The Ravens year ends at 7-10-1 with the defeat. Southern New Hampshire snaps a six-match NE-10 tournament losing streak against the Ravens as they won only their third game (3-5-2) versus FPU.

SNHU broke into the scoring column three minutes into the game for a lead they would never give up.

Franklin Pierce’s first shot came in the 26th minute as Noam Kolakofsky was stifled by Penmen netminder Daniel Milton. The Ravens could only muster four shots in the first half and 11 for the game as they were outshot 18-to-11 in the contest.

Raven goalkeeper Jadel Poon-Lewis made a season-best 11 saves in the loss.
