Francestown’s winter parking ordinance prohibits parking in any way that impedes snow removal on public roads. It took effect at the start of November and stays in effect until April 1. Vehicles parked in violation of the ordinance may be towed by Francestown Police or their designees at the owner’s expense, and violators can be subject to a $50 fine for each violation, according to the town ordinance.
