The nice weather Tuesday had golfers like Andrew Marcin of Townsend, Mass., working on their swings at The Range in Mason on Tuesday.

“It’s too nice to pass it up today,” he said. “It’s finally spring, got to go outside.”

Before taking a look at the machine that washes golf balls, The Range co-owner Marty Ruggiero said the business has been open for golf, but would not open officially until cruise nights begin at the end of May.

“Hopefully, we’re looking for a successful season. We’ll see,” he said.
