Grand Monadnock Rotary Club will hold the first Cruz-In event of the year on Sunday, May 15, from 9 a.m. to noon at the Depot Square parking lot in downtown Peterborough.

The event is open to all makes and models of vintage or special-interest cars, trucks, motorcycles and bicycles; even tricycles qualify. The event is free to attendees, and there is no fee to display a vehicle. Participants will get a chance at a $25 gift certificate from Kimball's Restaurant in Jaffrey during an 11 a.m. drawing.

There will be a 50/50 raffle where the winner gets 50% of the proceeds and the rest goes to the Rotary Club for distribution to local charities.  The winning ticket will be drawn at 10:30 a.m., and the winner must be present.

Free coffee and doughnuts will be available while they last, and a Rotary membership information table will be available.  All donations are appreciated, and all funds will go toward Rotary community projects.

For information, call John Kaufhold at 603-801-8364. The Cruz-In will take place the third Sunday of each summer month in the Depot Square parking lot in downtown Peterborough from 9 a.m. to noon.
