Grand Monadnock Rotary Club sponsors camp scholarship

Grand Monadnock Rotary Club is offering scholarships to middle-school-age youth from Antrim, Bennington, Dublin, Francestown, Greenfield, Hancock, Peterborough, Sharon and Temple.

These two-week scholarships are for Brantwood Camp for both the boys’ and girls’ camps. The Rotary is interested in serving youth who might not otherwise have an opportunity for the camp experience. Peterborough Recreation Program is no longer available for scholarships, as it is full.

Registration is open. Families may register online at brantwood.org, and there are opportunities for 30 children. More than one child from a family is welcome. When the camps are full or if Rotary runs out of scholarship money, it will not accept additional applications.

The three camp sessions are June 30 to July 14, July 17 to 31 and Aug. 3 to 17. There will be a community open house at Brantwood Camp May 20.

For information, call 603-924-3542, send email to brantwoodcamp@gmail.com or call Rotarian PeggMonahan at 603-852-8166 or 603-827-3139.
