Hancock Town Library hosts scam-prevention program

Hancock Town Library, 25 Main St., will host “The Scam Landscape: Staying Safe” on Wednesday, June 25, at 7 p.m.

The program will feature a speaker from the AARP Fraud Watch Network, offering tools and tips to help spot and avoid identity theft and scams. Hancock Police Chief Tom Horne will also speak about the local response to scam activity.
