The Town of Hancock celebrated the upcoming Independence Day holiday with fireworks at Moose Brook Park.

Annabelle Berry and Camden Caputo posed for a photo under the evening sun, excited to share what their future holds.

“We’re going to kindergarten together in the fall!” Annabelle exclaimed.

Attendees danced and sang along to the live music performances by Melancholy Honey, Eyes of Age and The Hallorans. The bands played from the beginning of the event until dusk, when the fireworks began. Vendors sold hamburgers, hot dogs, cotton candy, shaved ice and glow sticks.

As fireworks of all colors lit up the late June sky, everyone watched and clapped along.
