Bodyworks at Depot Square is offering a program on transformation for mid-life women. The course is designed to take place over 6 weeks starting in mid-May.

Called “Moving Forward into Wholeness: A Body, Mind and Soul Detox,” the progam’s goal is to help women feel more energized, confident and clear while practicing self-care at a higher level.

The program guides will be Janet Archer, Ruth Clark and Nanette Perrotte.

Archer’s background is in mindfulness meditation for the past 30 years. She is a master level life coach and published her first book, “An Invitation to Pause: Musings from a mindfulness teacher,” this year.

Clark is a registered dietitian nutritionist with over 35 years of experience who is passionate about helping mid-life women get their energy and vitality back so they can slim down and double their energy.

Perrotte is an artist, entertainer and certified yoga teacher with a commitment to helping others transform.

A free session is planned on May 4 at 6 p.m. to provide more detail about the program.
