I would like to remind everyone that last year the ConVal School Board was looking for permission to close four elementary schools. This is why Dublin and Francestown are voting to take control of their elementary schools. This is to secure one of the most important pieces of a community that a town can have.

As it turns out it, is quite feasible for both towns to operate their own schools, both financially and practically. There are many resources in both towns that are available to enrich the school experience. We are working toward enhancing the educational experience for our children to be a vital part of the ConVal system not to separate from it.
