Nashua man indicted on Jaffrey sexual assault charge

A Nashua man has been indicted by the Cheshire Superior Court after he sexually assaulted someone in Jaffrey while she was sleeping.

Antonio Smith, 28, was indicted on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault on June 25. 

Smith allegedly engaged in sexual penetration with another person on Sept. 16, 2017.  

Matthew C. Rinaldi, 38, of Jaffrey, was indicted on a charge of second degree assault, a class B felony.

Rinaldi allegedly strangled his stepson on May 6, 2018, causing him to experience “impeding breathing.”

Amanda Bergeron, 28, of New Ipswich, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled drug: crack cocaine.

She allegedly possessed the drug, in the form of residue found on a broken glass tube, in Jaffrey on March 29.

Michael Cuzzi, 29, of Rindge, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled drug: cocaine and buprenorphine.

Cuzzi allegedly possessed the drugs in Jaffrey on March 29, in the form of a cellophane package containing white powder.
