Jaffrey Chamber of Commerce seeks nominees for awards

The Jaffrey Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for the 2024 Citizen of the Year, Business of the Year and Nonprofit of the Year awards.

For the Citizen of the Year award, nominations should highlight individuals who have shown leadership and significant contributions to community service. Areas of consideration include, but are not limited to, community leadership, civic affairs, government, nonprofit programs and education. Those previously nominated can be renominated with updated materials​.

The Business of the Year award is open to all Jaffrey Chamber businesses that have made significant contributions to the betterment of the community. Businesses will be evaluated on their service to the community and their industry. The selection process will consider merit as the primary factor, and winners will receive a plaque and a digital logo to showcase on their websites and marketing materials​.

The Nonprofit of the Year award recognizes active nonprofits contributing to the betterment of the community and their respective industries through long-term service. Nominees will be judged on their community and industry contributions, with merit as the key selection factor. Recipients will be awarded a plaque and a digital logo for promotional use​.

The awards will be presented during the chamber's annual meeting. Nominations can be submitted to the chamber office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. or by email at info@jaffreychamber.com. The nomination deadline is March 15.
