โ Article 1 is the election of the school district officers.
โ Article 2 asks voters to spend $2.1 million for parking lot renovations at Jaffrey Grade School and Rindge Memorial School. The project would be funded through a bond. The first annual bond payment is estimated to cost the school district $52,500. This article requires a three-fifths majority vote to pass.
โ Article 3 asks voters to spendย $25,416,319 on the districtโs operating budget. If defeated, the default budget, $25,516,759,ย
โ Article 4 asks voters to approveย a three-year collective bargaining agreement between the school district and the Jaffrey-Rindge Education Association, estimated increases are $308,509 for 2019-20, $311,070 for 2020-21, and $325,123 for 2021-22.
โ Article 5 asks voters to allow theย district to call one special meeting to discuss the cost-related items of article 4 if voted down by voters.
โ Article 6 asks voters to spend $190,000 on reconstruction, renovations, repair and improvement costs for the roofs at Jaffrey-Rindge Middle School and Rindge Memorials School.ย
โ Article 7 asks voters to spendย $200,000 to allow the school board to acquire property abutting the districtโs schools. The $200,000 would be spent from theย districtโs June 30 fund balance.
