Lyndeborough man indicted on meth possession

Published: 7/8/2019 9:13:18 PM

A Lyndeborough man was indicted on possession of methamphetamines.

On June 19, Raymond Scott, 48, of Lyndeborough was indicted by a Hillsborough County grand jury on a charge of possession of a controlled drug, after being charged in Manchester on March 29.

Possession of a controlled schedule 1 drug is a class B felony and could result in three and a half to seven years in prison or $25,000 in fines.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt or innocence but shows a grand jury found enough evidence to bring the case to trial.
