Following the execution of a search warrant on Wednesday on West Main Street in Rindge, police arrested a Rindge man on a charge of aggravated felonious sexual assault.
Donald A. Huntington, 68, was initially charged with a single count at the time of his arrest, according to Rindge Police. He has since been additionally charged with possession of child pornographic images.
Rindge Police Officer James McGeeney said Huntington was brought to the police station for arrest and processing while the search warrant was carried out.
The town police department worked in conjunction with the New Hampshire Crimes Against Children team, along with members of the Cheshire County and Grafton County sheriff’s departments, as well as the Monadnock Regional Special Response Team and Dublin and Jaffrey police departments to execute the search warrant.
Huntington was arraigned Feb. 17 at the Cheshire Superior Court in Keene, where he pleaded not guilty to both the sexual assault charge and a charge of possession of child pornography. He was denied bail, according to court documents.
