Letter: Thanks for help with transformation

The Kyes-Sage House Used Book Shop, located at 14 Concord St., has undergone a beautiful transformation this summer. This historic home, built in 1846 and owned by the Town of Peterborough, has been freshly painted and restored back to what is believed to be its original colors.
In preparation for this project, suggestions and ideas were sought from several experts and professionals in the field of New England building preservation and historic renovation, as well as Concord Street residents and others around town.
On behalf of the board of trustees of the Peterborough Town Library, we'd like to thank those who participated in the discussions, including Susan Phillips-Hungerford, Michelle Stahl, Doug Ward, Deb Caplan, Mae Williams, Audrey White, Anne Huberman, Ron McIntire, Carol Boyle and the Friends of the Peterborough Town Library Board.
We'd also like to thank our painting contractors, Sherry Cook and Jimmy Quinn, owners of S&C Painting, Inc. They love the house as much as we do. We are grateful for a job well done.
