■Warrant Article 2 would raise $19.37 million for the district budget. The default budget is $18.96 million. FAILED 620 YES to 686 NO

■Warrant Article 3 would approve the collective bargaining agreement between the Mascenic Education Association and the district. The contract guarantees $208,437 in salary and benefits increases in 2021 and $220,735 in increases in 2022. PASSED 726 YES to 593 NO

■Warrant Article 4 allows the district to call a special meeting to address a renegotiated collective bargaining agreement if Article 3 is defeated. PASSED 719 YES to 569 NO

■Warrant Article 5 would approve a collective bargaining agreement between the Mascenic Educational Support Staff Association and the district. The three-year agreement guarantees $20,396 in increases in 2021, $20,558 in 2022 and $20,840 in 2023. PASSED 767 YES to 549 NO

■ Article 6 allows the district to call a special meeting to address a renegotiated collective bargaining agreement if Article 5 is defeated. PASSED 733 YES to 567 NO

■Article 7 would take $25,000 from the unreserved fund balance and put it in the Special Education Capital Reserve, used when special education students move into the district and need resources the district didn’t fund for. PASSED 901 YES to 381 NO

■Article 8 would take $10,000 from the unreserved fund balance and put it in the Healthcare Capital Reserve, used when staff change plans mid-year to a more expensive health care plan than was budgeted for. PASSED 838 YES to 456 NO

■Article 9 would take $10,000 from the unreserved fund balance and put it in the capital reserve for foodserv ice equipment. PASSED 908 YES to 381 NO

■Article 10 asks to accept the School District Report. PASSED 1,029 YES to 217 NO

■Article 11 asks to allow the Mascenic School Board to have the authority to accept and expend unanticipated funds from the state or federal authorities. PASSED 924 YES to 353 NO
