Monadnock Chorus schedules fall rehearsals

Monadnock Chorus continues its 64th season with rehearsals beginning Wednesday, Sept. 11, in Peterborough, from 7 to 9 p.m.

Under the baton of Artistic Director Morgan Bothwell, the group will begin work on a variety of pieces in preparation for concerts on Dec. 14 and 15. This fall’s programs will include music by: Ralph Vaughan Williams, John Rutter, J.S. Bach, Mendelssohn, Michael Engelhart, Jean Berger, Kim André Arnesen and Nick Myers.

All interested singers are welcome to join the non-auditioned community chorus, regardless of past musical experience. Monadnock Chorus is committed to providing quality choral singing opportunities and concerts for people throughout the Monadnock region.

Monadnock Chorus welcomes singers of all experience levels. The group rehearses each Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Union Congregational Church, 120 Wilton Road in Peterborough.
