The Park Theatre, 19 Main St., will host the second Monadnock Comic Con on Saturday, May 24, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The event features films, vintage serials, vendors, food, music and cosplay celebrating comics and pop culture. Screenings include a restored edition of Tim Burton’s “Batman,” starring Michael Keaton and Jack Nicholson, and the newly released “Minecraft: The Movie.”

Classic sci-fi serials “Flash Gordon,” “The Shadow” and “King of the Rocket Men” will also be shown. Admission is $10 or $9 for seniors for feature films and $5 for each serial.

Other attractions include vendors selling comics, posters and memorabilia, food stalls, live music, roaming costumed characters, free comic books and a cosplay contest. Activities are free except for films.
