New Ipswich man charged with possession of child sex images

A New Ipswich man has been arrested and charged with possession of more than a dozen images of child sex abuse, according to New Ipswich police.

Police arrested Kody Alix, 30, of New Ipswich, was arrested by police Friday, after a lengthy joint investigation including federal authorities and two other local police departments, according to a press release issued by police on Friday.

Alix has been charged with 17 counts of possession of child sex abuse images. He was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned at the Hillsborough County Superior Court in Nashua on March 12. 

The arrest was carried out after an investigation which included the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, U.S. Homeland Security, as well as the Nashua and Portsmouth Police Departments.
