New Ipswich Historical Society will host a New Hampshire Humanities program, “Family, Memory, Place: Writing Family Stories,” at the New Ipswich Library Thursday, March 23, at 4 p.m.

Maura MacNeil, an author, poet and professor of writing at New England College, will lead a 60-minute presentation for anyone interested in recording anecdotes and stories for future generations, as well as for teachers, homeschoolers, students and individuals engaged in writing biographies or autobiographies.

This program is free and open to the public. Should inclement weather necessitate rescheduling the presentation, information will be posted on the NIHS website, newipswichhistoricalsociety.org, and local social media.
