Peterborough Town Library will present “The Nature of New Hampshire : Natural Communities of the Granite State,” a Speaking for Wildlife presentation, Monday, Jan. 24, at 6:30 p.m.

The one-hour program showcases New Hampshire’s natural beauty through the lens of NH Natural Heritage Bureau ecologist/photographers Ben Kimball and Dan Sperduto. Featuring photos of rare plant communities and habitats throughout the state, attendees will learn new ways to look at the natural landscape and discover where they can go to see some of New Hampshire’s unique places. Visit the library website for information and to register. The event will be offered in-person at 2 Concord St. in Peterborough and on Zoom.  All who register will be provided with the Zoom link prior to the program.

Speaking for Wildlife is a volunteer project of University of New Hampshire Cooperative Extension, the NH Coverts Project and New Hampshire Fish and Game, with funding provided the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation and the Davis Environmental Foundation.
