Peterborough Town Library hosting AARP programs

Peterborough Town Library, 2 Concord St., will host two programs this August and September presented by the AARP New Hampshire’s Speakers Bureau.  

On Wednesday, Aug. 14 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., AARP and the library present “Medicare 101: Understanding Your Benefits.” This program is for those eligible to enroll in Medicare but need help getting started. This session provides an overview of the different parts of Medicare, coverage and costs and plan choices. This is a starter presentation for anyone new to Medicare and will provide participants with resources and tools to learn more.  

On Tuesday, Sept. 17 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., AARP and the library present “Downsizing & Decluttering.” Participants will learn tips and tricks to tackle decluttering and get their homes and offices organized.
