Peterborough Library Book Club to mark National Deaf Awareness Month

Peterborough Library Book Club will read “True Biz” by Sara Novic for National Deaf Awareness Month in September.

The novel that follows a year of romantic, political, and familial shifts for a teacher and her students at a boarding school for the deaf.

Books are available to PTL cardholders at the upper help desk. Two opportunities for discussion will take place at the library, 2 Concord St., one at 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 26 and an offering at 11 a.m on Sept. 29. Both are free and open to the public.
