Published: 02-03-2023 2:49 PM

The next presenter in the Peterborough Presents series at Peterborough Town Library, 2 Concord St., will be Gwir Huddleston Llewellyn speaking on the process of grief Monday Feb. 13, at 5:30 p.m. in the 1833 Room of the library.

All are welcome to attend.

Llewellyn will speak on her work in communal healing circles, in which members listen to each other’s stories or grief and share their own. She is a poet, meditation teacher and recording artist who has worked in circles for 20 years as a yoga teacher and trainer. She began studying peacemaking circles with Kay Pranis and the Circle Center in 2021, and completed her apprenticeship in Nine Keys Death Midwifery in 2022. As a member of the Threshold Care collective in southern New Hampshire, she serves the work of dying and the grief that accompanies life and loss.

The Peterborough Presents series was created by the Peterborough Town Library to give local people a platform to share their expertise, creative work or skills with the public. For more about the full series schedule, visit the Peterborough Presents website.
