A Peterborough man has been charged with indecent exposure after allegedly exposing himself to an adult woman in Putnam Park.

Aaron Else, 37, of Summer Street, was arrested on Aug. 20 after allegedly exposing himself around 10:30 a.m. that day, Peterborough Police Chief Scott Guinard said. Else was also arrested on a charge of breach of bail.

“He’s out on bail on numerous charges,” Guinard said. “When I say numerous, I mean numerous.”

Guinard said a Bennington woman reported Else after she allegedly observed him exposing himself. She took a photograph of Else and showed it to police. The officer immediately recognized him.

Else currently has a dozen open criminal cases against him in the Jaffrey district court, including the recent arrest.

Charges in the various cases include multiple counts of simple assault, resisting arrest, criminal trespassing, and disorderly conduct, among other things.

All 12 cases are scheduled for an Oct. 31 court date. Three of the cases are scheduled for arraignment, while the others are scheduled for a case status hearing.

This is not the first time Else has allegedly exposed himself to someone in town.

Else allegedly exposed himself to a minor on Aug. 28, 2016, court records say, while the minor was walking home from work.

Else was on the trail that runs from the upper rear parking lot of the Guernsey building to the back parking lot of Our Town Inn.

Before his arrest Else told police that he was urinating, hence why he was exposed. He was later charged with indecent exposure and breach of bail conditions.
