Project Shakespeare presents a stage reading of “Shakespeare’s Will,” directed by Deborah Shakespeare Thurber, Saturday, Oct. 15, at 7 p.m. at Jaffrey Civic Center, 40 Main St. in Jaffrey.

Playwright Vern Thiessen provides voice in “Shakespeare's Will” to one of the most-silent characters in history, Anne Hathaway, the wife of William Shakespeare.  The play sheds light on unexplored aspects of Hathaway's life by looking through the eyes and heart of the woman who spent a lifetime with and without Shakespeare.

Maya Fredrickson, EleanoraKishinevsky, Helen Martynuska, Benjamin Michaud, LifPetrova, Corbin Sanders, Emmy and Morgan Ratcliffe and Indigo Wolf will perform. Samantha Chesney will stage-manage.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under and are available at the door prior to curtain.
