Q: How do I change my password?

Q: I was using EZPay, but my subscription stopped. Why? How can I fix it?
A: This is likely due to your subscription expiring, or your credit card expiring. Please go to this page, login with your ledgertranscript.com username and password, and check for an expired subscription or expired credit card. If you need assistance please contact our customer service department at 603-924-7172 or circ@ledgertranscript.com.

Q: I’m using the eEdition App. How can I purchase a subscription?
A: Exit the app and open your iOS or Android web browser. Navigate to www.ledgertranscript.com and select "Subscribe" from the top of the screen. Follow the prompts. Platform restrictions do not allow such purchases within the app.

Online Only Subscribers

Q - I already have a Digital Only subscription. How do I get access via the new login system?
A - Subscribers should have received a username and password in an email. If you can’t find the email, go to this page and click 'Forgot Password'..

Print Subscribers

Q: Do print subscribers still get digital access for free?
A: Yes. To activate your free digital access simply create an account. To create the account, go to the registration page via this link. If you are a print subscriber to the Ledger-Transcript, you are entitled to full online access. 

To activate your full access, please follow the instructions in the email you received OR:

Please visit: https://accountaccess.nne.media/ss70v2/nne/common/template.jsp and click the 'Already a subscriber?' button. Follow the prompts to link up your print subscription and create a new online account.
