Rindge Chamber, Franklin Pierce host climate change workshop

The Rindge Chamber of Commerce and Franklin Pierce University’s Institute for Climate Action will host a climate change workshop on Thursday, Nov. 14, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Hilltop House at Cathedral of the Pines, 10 Hale Hill Road, Rindge. 

This free event will feature student presentations on sustainable food practices, renewable energy options and community power solutions. Attendees will gain insights into addressing extreme heat, ice storms and flash floods caused by climate change. Light refreshments will be provided.
