Annella Rizzuto of Wilton was among a group of students who gathered in the Flagler Room at Flagler College in St. Augustine, Fla., to celebrate their academic success during the school’s president's list ceremony.
Rizzuto is a freshman majoring in English
The president's list recognizes students who earn a 4.0 grade-point average with at least 12 semester hours of graded credit.
