New Hampshire State Council on the Arts accepting applications for grants

The New Hampshire State Council on the Arts is accepting applications for its fiscal 2026 grant programs, with nine categories available to support arts initiatives statewide.

Grant deadlines begin in April 2025, with the following application due dates:

-- Youth Arts Project grants, April 18.

-- Artist in Residence grants, April 25.

-- Public Value Partnership grants, April 25.

-- Arts in Health Project grants, May 2.

-- Conservation License Plate grants (letter of intent due May 2), applications due June 20.

-- Traditional Arts Apprenticeship grants, June 13.

-- Arts for Community Engagement Project grants, June 27.

-- Folklife and Traditional Arts Project grants, June 27.

Artist Entrepreneurial grants will be reviewed quarterly, with deadlines of April 4, Aug. 2, Oct. 31 in 2025 and Feb. 6, 2026.

Projects must begin after July 1, and be completed within 12 months. Professional artists are also encouraged to apply for the council’s juried rosters in arts education, arts in health, and traditional arts and folklife.
