Dublin Community Center, 1123 Main St., will host the monthly Monadnock Storytelling & Spoken Word Circle Wednesday, Aug. 21, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

The event is an open mic to share stories, poetry, rap, comedy or any kind of spoken word, going around the circle. The organizers are Sebastian Lockwood and Papa Joe Gaudet, both of whom have 20-plus years of experience as professional storytellers. All are welcome, participants and listeners. Coffee and tea will be available, and people can also bring their own drinks.
