Hancock Town Library, 29 Main St., will host “Is The Tarot For Real?” with Nancy J. Razza Tuesday Feb. 20 at 7 p.m.

In this workshop, participants will take a behind-the-scenes look at the tarot -- its long history, scholarly study and connections to ancient mystery schools and religions. Participants will also look at how the cards represent stages of life people go through and how they might make use of the it for greater self-understanding.

Razza has a doctorate in clinical psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has been a practicing therapist for over 30 years. She recently retired to New Hampshire and has had an interest in tarot for more than 20 years. The event is free and open to all. For information, call 603-525-4411.
